Doris and Stich on Empirical Perspectives on Ethics

The Oxford Handbook of Contemporary Philosophy is slated to come out pretty soon, and since it contains articles by an all-star cast, I thought I would alert everyone to its publication. Of particular interest to the X-Phi crowd is an article by Doris and Stich entitled "Empirical Perspectives on Ethics"--an advanced copy of which can be found here.

I'm very glad for being made aware of this advance copy. But is there no way to print it? I'm one of those 'old-school' folks who prefers to read paper copies. I realize that it was probably intentional to make it unprintable, perhaps for copyright reasons, but I wonder if there isn't a way to print it.

Kevin,
I hadn't noticed that you can't print it--but you're certainly correct that you can't. Very curious. I have no idea how to get it to print. Please let me know if you find out since, I, too, am "old-school" in this respect.

Here is a printable draft of the Doris & Stich article. http://philrsss.anu.edu.au/Stich/Doris&Stich.pdf

the anu draft is probably somewhat different from that appearing in book.
